BARCO removing and salvaging historic structures by hand that span over the Tiber Branch stream to assist Ellicott City in their flood prevention program that will forever change the look of downtown Ellicott City.

BEFORE – Exposed granite wall after structure deconstruction by hand.

AFTER – Exposed granite wall East side after slurry blasting, repointing, and adding salvaged stone.

AFTER – Exposed granite wall South side after slurry blasting, repointing, and adding salvaged stone.

BEFORE – Black tar waterproofing applied to the exterior brick wall adjacent.

BEFORE – Black tar waterproofing applied to the exterior brick wall.

Test spot for removal by slurry blasting.
